He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Calandra and Maria Calandra (Mercone); his son Giuseppe Calandra; and his brother-in-law Luigi Rossi. He is survived by: his wife Maria Calandra (Leanza); his children, Vincenzo Calandra (Holly) of Southington and Maria Ryan (Thomas) of Plantsville; his grandchildren, Kristen Ryan (Christopher Delgado), David Ryan (Erica), Angelo Calandra, Victoria Calandra and Jonah Calandra; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Ava and Sophia; and his sisters, Maria Rossi of West Haven, Gina Norelli (Giuseppe) of Italy and Emma Angelino (Giuseppe) of East Haven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
