He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, JoAnn Copes (Julien Colvin) of Baltimore, MD, Sharon Copes-Shepack (David Shepack) of Lakeside, CT, James Copes (Jim) of Waterbury and Robert Copes (Bob) of Wolcott; his sister Gloria Casner (Jean) of Kensington, CT; and his grandchildren, Julien Corven, Nicholas Colvin, Alexander Shepack, Nathaniel Copes, Jessica Shepack, Anna Dubourg, Jacob Copes and Isabelle Copes. He is also survived by four great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
