He is survived by: his wife Laraine Lapreay (Maddalena); his sons, John Lapreay of Fairfield and David Lapreay (Lara Nichols) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Michelle, Joseph and Erica Lapreay; and his sister Charlotte Bennett (Jan) of Berlin.
