He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Irene Mulcahy-Ernt; his child Jonathan Michael Mulcahy Ernt; his parents, Robert William Ernt and Mary Jeanne Ernt; and his siblings, Robert Ernt (Lois) and Susan Wakefield (Gregory). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
