He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Halpert and Rose Halpert (Kohn). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn G. Halpert (Hillman); his daughters, Sue (Jeff Gellerman) of Charlotte, NC and Lisa MacFadden of Newington; and his grandchildren, Sydney, Lexi Gellerman and Jordan MacFadden. He is also survived by his daughters and granddaughters.
