It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Joseph Kenney (Southbury, Connecticut), born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Michael J. Kenney III. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Kenney (DiMartino); his sister Mary Rita Phelan of Prospect; his children, Kevin Kenney (Sylvia), Maura Stanko (John), Kara Kenney and Martin Kenney; his daughter-in-law Ellen Kenney; and his grandchildren, Michael, Meghan, Erin Kenney, Jonathan, Martha, Wendy, Sophie Stanko, Marra and Patrick Kenney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
