He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Bridget; and his brother Joseph Halford. He is survived by: his wife Ann Gormley Halford; his daughters, Mary Ann Halford, Peggy Halford and Patty Kiely (Joe); his grandchildren, Kathleen Ann Meaney, Christopher Halford Kiely, Michael Thomas Kiely, Timothy Gormley Kiely and Madeline Bridget Kiely; and his sister Margaret Halford Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
