He is survived by: his father Anthony Castigliego Sr.; his brother Anthony Castigliego, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Dee, Sonny and Joey (Kait); and his close friend Mike Pitino. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
