Marjorie Skoog Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marjorie Skoog of Southbury, Connecticut, who passed away on May 16, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James McBride and Marjorie McBride (Teater); and her brothers, Richard McBride, Edward McBride and Donald.

She is survived by: her husband Eugene Skoog; her sons, Bruce Skoog (Stacy) of Southbury and Brian Skoog (Shannon) of Warren; her granddaughters, Lindsey Buxbaum of Southbury, Deirdre Wittmann (Scott) of New Milford and Jennifer Zeigler of Warren; and her siblings, James McBride of Largo, FL, Patrick McBride of New Milford, Raymond McBride of Torrington, Matthew McBride (Diane) of Enfield, Catherine Kimlin (Henry), Dorothy Longley (Frank) and Barbara Plummer (Carl).

In lieu of flowers, Marge requested that donations be made to the New Milford Animal Welfare Society.
