With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marie Dolores Olivieri of Southbury, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 14, 2024 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her husband Mario D. Olivieri; her parents, John Macchia and Pauline Macchia; and her brother William Macchia (Louise). She is survived by: her sons, Adam (Jean) of Oakland and John (Donna) of Watertown; her grandchildren, Kendra Olivieri (Tom) of Pleasant Hill, Calif., Anthony Olivieri (Sylvia) of Prospect, Simon Olivieri (Vanessa) of Alameda, Calif. and Eric Olivieri of Boston; her great grandchildren, Kate Webster, Natalie Olivieri, Mario Olivieri, Daniel Webster, Penelope Olivieri and Giovanni Olivieri; and her sister-in-law Ann Palmer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
