He is survived by: his son Christopher Puchowicz (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Reilly and Julianna of Seymour; his son Matthew Puchowicz (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Harper and Mia of North Carolina; his nephews, Richard and Michael Puchowicz; and his great-nephew Ryder.
