She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Tinsley and Thomas Tinsley. She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Kelly Westerhoff (Paul) of Scottsdale and Candace Fernandes (John-Paulo) of Woodbury; and her grandchildren, Emma, Christopher, Andrew Westerhoff, Jon and Ian Fernandes.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center.
