She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Scanlon; her parents, Thomas Mullin and Viola Mullin (Mathieson); and her siblings, James Mullin and Cora Maynard.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Scanlon (Marie) of Waterbury, Timothy Scanlon (Kathryn) of Wolcott and William Scanlon; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Mullin and Carol Lombardi. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren.
