He was predeceased by: his father George Paul; and his grandson Logan Murphy Mengold. He is survived by: his former wife Arva Mengold; his children, Jessica Dunn and Jason Mengold; his siblings, Robert Mengold and Sharon Kowalchik; and his grandchildren, Grayson Mengold, Gwendolyn Dunn and Fredrik Dunn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
