She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth M. Westover and Robert E. Westover Sr. of Southbury. She is survived by: her daughters, Alicia Minner (Mike) and Tanya Platt; her grandchildren, Christian, Joshua, Maya Pulgarin and Brayden Minner; and her great grandchild Koda Pulgarin.
