She is survived by: her daughter Lynda Megura; her son-in-law Jim Megura of Southbury; her grandson Matthew K. Magdits; her siblings, Dolores Beavers of Southbury and Richard Schmedes; and her sister-in-law Ann of North Port, Florida..
