Tomascak (Bridget); her grandchildren, Josh Palmisani, Cody, Chase Kostrna, Brooke and Peyton Tomascak; and her brothers, David DuBois (Sherry) and Gary DuBois (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
