He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Tucker Sr. and Elsie Tucker (Clark); and his siblings, Howard Tucker Jr., Gene, Douglas and John Tucker.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jennifer Radaskie, Charlie Thomas, Jack Thomas and Alexandra Thomas; his sister Patricia Dojnia of Ansonia; his sister-in-law Sharon Tucker of Thomaston; and his caregiver Monarch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
