She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Harpin and Janice Claire Miles (Tucker). She is survived by: her husband William H. Starchak, Jr.; her children, Kevin and Robin (Willi Alexander); her grandchildren, Kelsey (Matt) and Hattie (Donnie); her great grandchildren, Elijah, Noah, Brynn, London, Sailor, Donnie and Miles; her siblings, Sharon (John Lenahan) and Rick (Norma Miles); her nieces, Kim and Kelly; and her nephew Kurt.
