He is survived by: his wife Lynn Tracy (Piscatello); his mother Peggy Tracy (Finch); his children, Kristyn Delloiacono (Dean) of Moodus, Heidi Oneglia (Brad) of Canton and Ryan Tracy of Vernon; his stepdaughter Cara Carreira (Virgilio) of Rocky Hill; and his sister Earlene Averett of Vernon. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and a great grandchild.
