With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Harmony Bolstridge (South Windsor, Connecticut), who passed away on February 23, 2022 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ovitt and Ruth Ovitt (Haynes); her siblings, June Abell of St Albans Vt and Jack Ovitt of Utica, NY; her son Stanley Bolstridge; and also Rosemary.
She is survived by: her aunts, Hazel Merrihew of Burlington, VT. and Alice Roya (Irving); her stepmother Alberta; her spouse Russell; her children, Virginia Emerson (James), Adele Schwartz (Larry), Steven Bolstridge (Jeanne), Alan Bolstridge (Barbara), Walter Bolstridge and Richard Bolstridge (Barbara); her grandchildren, Michael Bolstridge, Alice Wardell, Angela Chmar, James Emerson III, Ruth Harmony, Hannah Leyva, Abbie Barzallo, John Bolstridge, Jason Schwartz, David Schwartz, Amy Fonss, Eric Bolstridge, Jessica Randall, Jonathon P Bolstridge, Lauren Bolstridge, Jeffrey Bolstridge and Jonathon F Bolstridge; and her sister Eileen Gould. She is also survived by thirty-five great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
