She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick B. O'Gorman; her parents, Elizabeth Prout (O'Brien) and Stephen Prout; her siblings, Mary Owens, Jack and Nick Prout; and her siblings-in-law, Annie Sheehy, Matt Costello, Jim Owens, Connie, Denis, Tommy, Andrew O'Gorman and Richard Sheehy.
She is survived by: her cousin Mary Jo Murrihy (Prout); her children, Siobhan (John Peng), Deirdre (Scott Goldsmith), Patrick (Feline O'Gorman), Fionnuala (Michael Girard), Maura (Todd Harnois) and Gael (Jason Goshdigian); her grandchildren, Ceili, Tara, Erin, Devin, Mallory, Naomi, Vincent, Marc, Lyric, Lily, Patrice, Mikey, Jack, Shea, Kelsey, Maddy, Cooper and Griffin; her siblings, Bridie (Billy Shanahan), Billy (Josephine Prout), Lily Costello, Pat (Nellie Prout), Mary Prout (Nick) and Peter "Frankie" (Margaret Prout); and her sisters-in-law, Kitty and Theresa O'Gorman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
With COVID safety precautions in place, family and friends may gather on Monday, March 15, 2021 from 5-7 p. m. at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Road, South Windsor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The House of Bread, 1453 Main Street, Hartford, Connecticut.
