He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Lumpkin and Vera M. Lumpkin (Hall); and his sister-in-law Linda Fenn Olander. He is survived by: his wife Gail Lumpkin (Fenn); his sister Ann Savastio of Plymouth, CT; his brother-in-law Charles G. Fenn (Vickie) of Sandy Creek, NY; his nieces and nephews, Matt Savastio (Jessica) of Newington, Lauren Ayr of Clinton and Kristina Miller (Hayes); and his great-nephew Charles Ford Miller.
