He was predeceased by: his parents, Max O. P. and Martha Scheller (Krause). He is survived by: his wife Ginny; his sons, Richard Max Scheller, Jr. (Lynda) and James Henry Scheller (Mary Ann); his grandchildren, Brandon and Blaire Scheller; his sister Janet Scheller Ford; and also Allen.
