He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Peter Perkins (Betsy Perkins), Carl Perkins, Lorna Perkins (David Joyce), Brent Perkins (Karen Perkins) and Juanita Carroll (William Carroll); and his grandchildren, Brian Perkins (Niki), Benjamin Perkins (Elise), Natalie Gale (Dan), Kevin Joyce, Glenna Joyce-Welsko (Chuck Welsko), Andrew Perkins, Lindsey Perkins, Molly Carroll and Bridget Carroll. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
