He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Modugno and Angela Modugno (Pandiscia); and his siblings, Rosa Cagianello, Antonio Modugno and Michael Modugno.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Grace Modugno (Bini); his daughters, Maria Zacchia (Angelo) of Suffield and Jennifer Modugno of Enfield; and his granddaughters, Olivia Zacchia, Sofia Zacchia, Marissa Grinuk and Maya Grinuk.
