We bid farewell to Joseph J. Caruso of South Windsor, Connecticut, born in East Hartford, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 10, 2025 at the age of 92. Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Joan (Pozzato); his sister Jeannie DeMonte; his son Thomas; and his parents, Anthony Caruso and Madeline Caruso (Botticello).
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Rose, Lee Anne Caruso and Karen Martocchio; his grandchildren, Vincent Martocchio, Anthony Martocchio and Elizabeth Rose; his sister Gloria Visgilio-Lupi (Peter Lupi); his nieces and nephews, Lisa, David, Theresa, Peter and Carol; and also Carmen Martocchio.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home (551 Talcottville Rd, Vernon, CT 06066). A prayer will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
