He is survived by: his children, Erin Tynan (Richard) of Somers, CT, Colleen Barisano (Dana) of Westford, MA, Patrick Schaffner (Kelly Doherty-Schaffner) of Glastonbury, CT. and Kathleen Schaffner (Charles Clarke) of Burlington, VT.; and his grandchildren, Sean, Patrick Tynan, Cameron, Jake, Cole Barisano, Jack, Kaitlyn Schaffner, Skylar and Rowen Clarke.
