He was predeceased by: his parent Theresa Phillips (LeClerc); and his sister Margie Laureano. He is survived by: his wife Lesia; his children, David LeClerc of South Windsor, Damien LeClerc of South Windsor, Shawn LeClerc of Bloomfield and Monique Leclerc of South Windsor; his grandchildren, Christina, Audrina and Colin Cumbo; his brothers, Danny Welch and Paul Welch; and his siblings-in-law, Michael, Irene Zdyrko and Ivanka Zdyrko. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Jerry's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
