He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Koepper and Norma Koepper (Henry); and his sister Kimberly Logan. He is survived by: his wife Therese J. Koepper (Cohan); his friends, John and Gerry Sommers; his daughters, Jackie, Jacquelyn Hollowwa (Sean) of Los Ranchos, NM, Morgan Koepper (Tanner McGee) and Stefanie Koepper (Jaron Hilovsky) of Ponte Vedra, FL; his grandchildren, Charlie, Henry, Peter and Katherine Hollowwa; and his niece Chelsea Dourado of Jamestown, RI..
