He was predeceased by: his spouse Germaine Desautels (Gaudreau); his parent Lorenzo Desautels; and his daughter Simone Desautels. He is survived by: his parent Yvonne Desautels (Blais); and his daughters, Marie Barth (David) of South Windsor and Dianne Doyle of South Windsor. He is also survived by four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and as the oldest of 15 children, three brothers and six sisters.
