We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2020, at the age of 89, Gertrude Lagassie Lausier (South Windsor, Connecticut), born in Stockholm, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lagassie and Sophie Lagassie (Michaud); her son Steven J. Lausier of Groveland, FL; her grandson Patrick S. Lausier; and her siblings, Mitchell Lagassie, Florence Lagassie, Cecile "Sis" Ashlaw and Irene Label.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick R. Lausier of South Windsor, CT.; her children, Albert Lausier (Nancy) of Watertown, TN, Maxine "Mickie" Dame (Jerry) of East Haddam, CT and Catherine Cormier of Mansfield, CT.; and her brothers, Albert Lagassie of Millinocket, ME, Roger Lagassie (Millie) of Severville, TN and Gene Lagassie of Madawaska, ME. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
