He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Shurtleff; and his brother Ronald Shurtleff. He is survived by: his mother Lucille Shea (Fahrenholt) of South Windsor; his son Gary Frasca of Mansfield; his siblings, Frank Drury of South Windsor, Carol Coladonado (Steven) of West Virginia, Lu-Ann Drury of Manchester and Glenda Kehayias (Steve) of South Windsor; and his nieces and nephews, James Kehayias, Anthony Kehayias, Michael Kehayias, Cassandra Coladonado, Theresa Barr, Carrie Burleigh and Andrew Gervais. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
