It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Plummer Jr. of South Windsor, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis P. Plummer and Thelma Plummer (Stevens); and his sister Betty Cyr. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Plummer of South Windsor; and his children, Lisa Stringer (Daniel) of Manchester, Kenneth Plummer of South Windsor and Richard Plummer (Linda) of Enfield.
