She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Ruggiero; her parents, Emil Heinz and Ruby Heinz (Meredith); and her brother William Heinz. She is survived by: her children, Michael Ruggiero (Denise Connolly) of Mt. Kisco, NY, Deborah Gartley (Jack) of Windsor, CT and Joanne Ruggiero (Steve Tarver) of Hebron, CT; and her grandchildren, Nicole Gartley, Joseph Ruggiero, Julia Ruggiero, Jocelyn Gartley and Ruby Tarver.
