With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evalyn Phelps (South Windsor, Connecticut), born in Southington, Connecticut, who passed away on May 23, 2019 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert H. Phelps; her children, Nancy Williams (Greg) of South Windsor and Thomas Phelps (Rose) of Vernon; her sister Edith Cavanaugh; her nephew Charles Joy Jr.; and her niece Marion Arcesi of Cheshire. She was also cherished by many other nieces and nephews.
