He is survived by: his aunt Alice Campbell; his children, Michael G. Kowalczyk (Rebecca) of South Windsor and Teri A. Farley (Shawn) of Orange City, FL; his grandchildren, Joshua Farley, Jacob Farley, Kaitlyn Bussiere and Karol D. Kowalczyk of South Windsor; his father-in-law Edward Kaveckas of Vernon; his siblings-in-law, Michael Kaveckas (LeighAnne Pierro) of Vernon and Barbara Kowalczyk of Cromwell; and also Bud.
