She was predeceased by: her parents, Michele Palumbo and Adele Palumbo (Santagata); and her sisters, Maria Delsesto, Margarita Sabino and Nicoletta Liburdi.
She is survived by: her spouse Riccardo Liburdi; her children, Richard Liburdi (Kathryn) of West Hartford and Sandra Jones (Bud) of South Windsor; her sister Maria Theriault of Newington; and her grandchildren, Christopher Jones (Selina), Nicholas Jones, Christiana Jones, Dario Liburdi, Ariel Liburdi and Natasha Page.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home (419 Buckland Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bridget Church (80 Main St, Manchester, CT 06040).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Elisabetta's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
