With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald W. Bania (South Windsor, Connecticut), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 12, 2018 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Stanley Bania; and his brother Robert Bania. He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Bania (Burava); his parent Sophie Bania (Chmura); his brother David Bania (Theresa); his sister-in-law Diane Bania; and his nephews, Tim, Joe and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Don's memory may be made to the Research of Jennifer Brown, MD., PhD, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Avenue, Boston, MA 02115.
