He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clemence Halmers and Gladys Halmers (Gustafson); his former wife Sandra Becker; his wife Joyce Brown; his children, Nathaniel, Celeste (Rolf Larson), Keith (Kim Halmers), Phillip Halmers (Tina Listro), Benjamin (Misty Halmers) and Marina Halmers; his grandchildren, Cassandra Rodriguez, Jessika Halmers, Tyler Listro, Jordan Halmers, Alyzabeth Halmers and Matthew Halmers; and his great grandchildren, Carter and Charlotte Rodriguez.
