She was predeceased by: her parent Julio Huertas. She is survived by: her parent Juanita Huertas (Bermudez); her child Manuel A. Ocasio; her wife Carol of South Windsor; her grandchildren, Danny, Brianna, Casondra, Michael, Christian, Jonathan and Braiden; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Hannah, Landon and Harper; her sister Lucy Marrero (Santos) of Orlando, FL; and her pet Lily Rose. She is also survived by several nieces nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Carmen's memory may be made to the Helen and Harry Gray Cancer Center, 85 Retreat Ave., Hartford, CT 06106.
