He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Slusarz (Malek); and his siblings, Joseph, Walter Slusarz, Sophia Slusarz and Mary Key.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony W. Slusarz Jr. (Cathy) of Belews Creek, NC, Karen McNulty of Pittsfield, MA and John A. Slusarz (Lori) of New Boston, NH. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
