It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Klosowski (South Windham, Connecticut), born in Willimantic, Connecticut, who passed away on October 2, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. and Sophie; and his stepmother Helen "Bachi" Klosowski (Curol). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lu (Peene); his children, Judy Keeney (David) of Hampton, Joy Reardon (Dan) of Meriden, James Klosowski (Marianne) of Ridgefield and John Klosowski (Lauren) of Killingly; his grandchildren, Brian, Daniel, Megan, Caroline, Sara, Adam, Erin and Andrew; his siblings, Frank Jr. of South Windsor and Katherine of Scottsdale; his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Melvin of Columbia and Marjorie Peene of Colchester; and his friend George Ducharme.
Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery on Club Rd. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Joseph's Shelter or WAIM, which were two of Tom's favorites charities, or to the donor's favorite charity.
