He is survived by: his siblings, Bud Trefethen, Glen Trefethen, Thelma Butler, Glennys Stevens, Norma Hersey and Joyce Knowlton; his children, Cynthia (Rich), James (Kathy), Merlin E. and Randall "Randy" (Christy); his stepson John (Helene); his grandchildren, Danielle, John (Erin), Jennifer, Amanda, Ryanne of Thomas, Anthony (Emilly), Caitlin, Emily, Amelie and Theron; his great grandchildren, Jace, Connor, Aubrey, Alexis, Kayla, Jayden, Sophia, Delilah, John IV, Evah and Eliana; and his sister Normy (Sterling).
