He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Devine and Lena Devine; and his brother Lawrence Devine. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Devine; his children, Jennichelle Oatman and Justin Devine; his children-in-law, Robert Oatman and Threasa Devine; his grandchildren, Harrison, Patrick, Amelia Oatman, Tristin and Addison Devine; his siblings, Wayne Devine and Beverly "Annie" Norris; and his brother-in-law Rick Norris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Potter Funeral Home (456 Jackson St, Willimantic, CT 06226). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery Club (134 Club Rd, Willimantic, CT 06226).
