It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Myrtle Godek (South Meriden, Connecticut), born in Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund Godek; her parents, Garwood Tompkins and Yvonne Tompkins; and her siblings, Jeanette Schuster (John), Harriet Phillippi (Robert), Jackie Screen, Philip, Bernard and Donald Tompkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Godek; and her sister-in-law Florine Tompkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
