He was predeceased by: his parents, Jozef Pietrzyk and Wladyslawa Pietrzyk (Korytko); and his sister Janina Pokojska of Poland. He is survived by: his wife Jozefa Pietrzyk (Banik); his children, Malgorzata Kozlowski (Grzegorz) of Southbury and Slawomir Pietrzyk (Katarzyna) of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Izabella Kozlowski, Filip Kozlowski, Christopher Pietrzyk and David Pietrzyk; and his sisters, Jozefa Wilczak of Southington and Genowefa Bizon of Szafranow, Poland. He is also survived by several nieces; and nephews.
