He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Liss and Helena Jones (Moran); and his brother-in-law Richard Chagnon. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Liss (Chagnon); his sons, Robert Liss, Jr. of Boston, MA and Justin Liss of South Glastonbury; his sisters, Linda Korpe of Cromwell and Janet Ramos (Gary Lajoie) of Windsor Locks; his aunt Patricia; his uncles, Bernie Brewer of Bristol and Walter Liss (Bonnie) of Florida; his mother-in-law Dale Chagnon of Windsor; and his sisters-in-law, Denise Mackey of Windsor and Cheryl Chagnon of Windsor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
