With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nicholas Rago of South Glastonbury, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2024 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Rago and Helen Rago (Fitzgerald); and his son Christopher Michael Rago. He is survived by: his wife Carol Rago (Reddy); his son Nicholas Rago (Amanda) of Portland; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Phoebe; his children, Melissa Rago (Ryan Mankus) of Wethersfield and Timothy Rago (Michelle); his grandchildren, Delilah and Norah of Willington; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Smoragiewicz, Joan Rago, William Rago (Kathy), Anne Presutti (Louis), Robert Rago and Brenda Slayton (Randy).

In lieu of flowers, anyone interested in making a donation in his memory is asked to make it to the church of their choice.
