It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Jakobsen (Somers, Connecticut), born in Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on March 20, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Amelia Miceli (Perrone) of Ellicott City, MD; her daughters, Mia Webb of Ellington and Heather Duran of Tariffville; her granddaughters, Tessa Webb, Emma and Sofia Duran; her sister Frances Lutjen (Skip) of Ellicott City, MD; her father Peter F. Miceli; her brother Peter F. Miceli Jr.; and her son-in-law Pedro Duran. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
